Cancellation Policy

Here at River's Edge Chiropractic we understand that sudden, unforeseen events can arise in everyone's lives. However, out of respect for our practitioners and other patients, we ask that patients try their best not to abandon, cancel or rearrange their appointments at the last minute. It is our commitment to you as our patient that you have an exceptional experience here at River's Edge Chiropractic, and out of consideration for our practitioners and patients we have adopted the following office policy:

River's Edge Chiropractic has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Unless it is an emergency, any patient who does not show up for a scheduled appointment without a 24-hour notice to our office will be charged a $25.00 cancellation fee. Additionally, any cancellations or rearrangements made less than 24-hours before said appointment will also be charged the $25.00 fee. This $25.00 fee will be payable at the time of your next appointment.

We understand that sometimes life can throw us unexpected emergencies, and that these unanticipated things are not always within our control.

This policy is in place out of respect for our staff and our patients. Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice are difficult to fill. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, you prevent someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot.
